Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 1, 2026
Voldhaul LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.voldhaul.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our website, submit forms, or interact with our communications. It is designed to support compliance with applicable U.S. privacy laws, TCPA, A2P 10DLC / The Campaign Registry (TCR) messaging standards, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) requirements for offsite forms and advertising.
Information We Collect
Depending on the form you use, we may collect:
- Carrier / driver forms: name, company name, city, state, mobile phone, email, message content, and whether you opted in to work-opportunity / marketing messages
- Client / project forms: name, company name, phone, email, and message content
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar data for security, performance, and fraud prevention
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data beyond what is needed to respond to business inquiries and, where opted in, to send work-related messages.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your specific inquiry (carrier interest or project/frac program request)
- To contact you by phone, email, or text about that inquiry
- If you have given separate opt-in consent on the carrier form: to send texts and calls about upcoming contracts, work opportunities, load offers, and related carrier communications
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
We do not sell your personal information.
Text Messages, Calls & A2P 10DLC / TCR
Voldhaul may use business messaging (including A2P 10DLC-registered campaigns where applicable) to communicate with carriers and contacts who have provided consent.
- Inquiry responses: Submitting a form allows us to contact you about that submission.
- Marketing / work-opportunity messages: On the carrier form, a separate, optional checkbox captures express written consent to receive texts and calls about contracts, work opportunities, and related carrier communications. Consent is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or doing business with us.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of marketing/work-opportunity texts; reply HELP for help.
- We retain records of consent (including timestamp and form version) as required for TCPA and carrier/TCR compliance.
- Mobile information and SMS/text opt-in data (including consent to receive texts) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with any third parties.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram) & Advertising
If we run ads on Meta platforms or use website forms in connection with Meta advertising:
- This Privacy Policy is publicly available as an HTML page (not a PDF or image download) and is linked from our forms and site footer, as required by Meta for lead ads and related products.
- We describe what data we collect and how it is used, including for responding to leads and, where consented, for ongoing communications.
- We do not use form fields to collect prohibited sensitive information under Meta Advertising Standards.
- Data obtained from Meta lead forms or website forms used with Meta ads is handled consistent with Meta’s terms and this Policy. Users may request deletion of their data by contacting us.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site, host data, send messages, or process leads (for example hosting, CRM, or messaging platforms), under agreements that limit use of the data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property. We do not sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in / consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers who send messages for us may process that data only to deliver our communications, not for their own marketing.
Security & Retention
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Form and consent records are retained as long as needed for the purposes described, for legal compliance (including TCPA/A2P documentation), or as required by law, then deleted or de-identified.
Your Rights
Depending on your location (including under CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws where applicable), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to opt out of marketing messages, contact us using the information below or use STOP on SMS where applicable.
Children
Our site and services are directed to businesses and professional drivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where required by law).
